Book the whole space and have both rooms, the lounge and the kitchen to yourselves, with no other bookings at the same time.
Room bookings include the lounge, the kitchen (coffee included) and up to 1 hour of set-up time before you start. All prices include VAT.
We run our own trainings, youth workshops and EU project meetings here, so the rooms, the set-ups and the details are tried and tested.
The rooms
Kimt and Carthage come with a large smart TV, flipcharts on stands, pinboards, workshop materials (post-its, pens, dot stickers), chairs, foldable tables and bean bags. Vindobona, our lounge, is made for small, personal formats. Capacities are approximate and depend on the setup.
Herringbone parquet, tall windows and room to move. Chairs and foldable tables rearrange quickly, so Kimt works as a circle, a theatre, a U-shape, one long boardroom table, group tables for workshops or a World café. An 85-inch smart TV, a flipchart on a stand and pinboards are ready for presentations and group work.
A bright room with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and a 55-inch smart TV on wheels. Join the desks into one table, set them in rows, or push them aside for a circle. A calm choice for team meetings, interviews, coaching and co-working days.
A cosy room with a sofa, an armchair, bean bags, a bookshelf with books and board games, and a TV. Made for one-to-one coaching, interviews, small discussions and brainstorming, it is also a calm backdrop for recording video series, podcasts or online courses.

For events with a clear social impact and low participant fees, ask us about a reduced rate. Our team reviews each request.
All prices are in euros, include VAT and are rounded to full €5 amounts. They cover the room equipment, the lounge, the kitchen and the WC. The rate time follows the day and start time of your booking. When you book the whole space, the rooms, the lounge and the kitchen are only for you and your group. The full amount is paid in advance. Cancellation fee: 100% of the booking amount, regardless of when you cancel. For 10-session blocks that run into the next year, sessions from 1 January are adjusted for inflation; any difference is invoiced separately. The booking form always picks the cheapest option, so you never pay more than for the next longer package. Catering is arranged separately; coffee from the bean-to-cup machine is included. Before you leave, please load the dishwasher and switch it on. Every booking needs our confirmation.

Opening hours: daily 08:00–22:00. Bookings end by 22:00 at the latest; after that, only our hosts stay to tidy up.
